Great Success for the first Mini-Hoot

Thanks to performers, and all the guests who helped make the Mini-Hoot a great success.  In just over an hour of celebration and music $6600 was raised.  All the money is going to ALS Research - Dr. Strong at LHSF and to ALS Canada.

See you all at the next Hoot!

Remember if you couldn’t make it today, you can still donate online by clicking the links on the side bar,

or by texting CURE to 45678 and you’ll be charged $5.00

All Hail the Mighty Moose

Our greatest thanks and appreciation goes out to the Wideman family and Moose Winooski’s for their magnificent fundraiser and education program.

They solicited $3000 in donations for ALS Research from their customers, and then matched that $3000 for a total of $6000 raised.

Thanks to everyone who came out for a good meal, and a great cause.

We Are Getting Close Now

The Hootenanny is just around the corner!  Acts are confirmed, the community choir is working on its pieces.  Everything is coming together nicely!

If you think you have  acouple of hours that day to volunteer we would be happy to find you a job.  Remember that if you (or someone you love) is a highschool student volunteer hours will be credited.  We’ll need help the day before and the day of the event.

Please contact Libby and Tim Barrie our volunteer Coordinators, or leave a comment here and I’ll make sure you get hooked up with them.
