Another ALS patient’s perspective

I listened to an interview today with Gloria Taylor. She is a brave woman battling ALS, and battling the legal system in order to make her own end of life decisions. She has launched a challenge with the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Good luck with both of your battles Gloria.

Though I don’t know Gloria, I am thankful to hear her story and learn that the remarkable ALS journey of Sue Rodriguez, before her, has provided inspiration. These women of courage and resilience, along with our friend, Heather Snell, have demonstrated grace under the most challenging circumstances. Here’s hoping their stories help us all to find hope, even in the midst of health crisis and heart break.
